We use life cycle assessments to determine the COâ‚‚ scores of all our recipes. That way you can make an informed decision when selecting a meal.

You don't always have to be the chef! Even when going out for dinner, you can make informed decisions by checking the COâ‚‚ scores from restaurants in Brussels, like Pilar and Le Botaniste.
