What can we make on a hot summer day? A nice bowl of gazpacho of course! Home made, this traditional Spanish dish tastes even better. Just cut up all those vegetables, mix them and enjoy!

Steps
1. Cut all vegetables into 1 cm pieces and put them in a bowl. Set some cucumber and tomatoes aside as garnish.
2. Add the olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
3. Blend everything together.
4. Serve with bread or breadsticks. Enjoy!
