Here it is. My ultimate favorite recipe. It is fresh, has a lot of different flavors, is easy and makes you feel full although it is very balanced and healthy. It basically has everything. Try it and don't hesitate to let us know whether you liked it!

Introduction

Steps

1. Roast the pine nuts for 3 minutes.

2. Rinse the chickpeas (or boil them if you bought them in bulk) and add the salt, cumin powder, garlic powder and paprika. Roast for 5 minutes.

3. Mix the chickpeas, pine nuts, breadcrumbs, lemon, parsley and artichoke hearts. Add a tablespoon of olive oil.

4. Cut the sweet peppers in half. Fill each half with 1/4 of the mixture. Add some breadcrumbs on top and cover with one tablespoon of olive oil. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C. Roast for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
