Do you feel like experimenting with that summer feeling? As strawberries are in season, we wanted to create something with them. And it was delicious!

! Don't forget to soak your black beans the day before if you bought them in bulk!
1. You can buy seasoned tofu in a store or prepare it yourself! If you want to do it yourself: first make sure to press the tofu to remove excessive liquid. Add a tablespoon of oil to a skillet and crumble your tofu in it. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sesame oil, a teaspoon of chopped garlic and a teaspoon of chopped ginger.
2. Roast the pine nuts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
3. Cut the cucumber and the strawberries and wash the spinach.
4. Dress all your ingredients onto a plate. Enjoy!
Extra: you can add a dressing made by the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of garlic and a tablespoon of soy yoghurt.
