We discovered another delicious and extremely easy recipe! You only need five ingredients for this one, yet it is still incredibly delicious! We used walnuts, but other nuts can also be delicious. Did you see the impact of this recipe? Only 7% of the average Belgian recipe! Crazy, right.

Introduction

Steps

1. Make an incision in the sweet potato and make a couple of holes using a fork. Microwave the potato for about 5-10 minutes (this depends a lot on the size of the potato). Take it out of the microwave and use a fork to check if it is soft on the inside.

2. Boil 100 ml of water and add this to the couscous. You can add vegetable broth for flavor.

3. Add some olive oil to a skillet and roast the walnuts. Slink the spinach in this pan and add the raisins.

4. Slice the potato in half and serve the potato with the spinach, walnuts, raisins and couscous. Add a little bit of extra olive oil, salt and pepper for flavor. Enjoy!
