Satay rice bowl
This satay sauce will make your day!
1. Dice the onion, broccoli, carrots and leak. Glaze the onion and afterwards add the vegetables. First add the carrots, then the broccoli and finally the leak. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Cook the rice.
3.Make the satay sauce by heating up the coconut milk and the soy sauce. Add the peanut butter one spoon at a time and keep stirring.
4. Add the rice to the vegetables and serve with the satay sauce. Enjoy!
