Pasta with roasted romanesco
Nutritional yeast (optional)
Salt and pepper

This pasta is a super healthy dish that can easily be made on a weeknight!
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Cut the romanesco and place it on an oven dish. Add some olive oil on top. Place the romanesco in the oven for about 20 min.
3. Cut the onion and the garlic. Glaze the onion in a skillet and add the mushrooms. Then add the garlic.
4. Boil the pasta. Add the mushrooms, onion, garlic and romanesco. Season with lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
