Fennel and orange salad
White wine vinegar

This is the perfect salad for a summer day! It is so fresh and will yet leave you feeling full and satisfied.
1. Cut the fennel into fine strips. Make a marinade from olive oil, vinegar, dill, spring onion, pepper and salt.
2. Let the fennel marinate in this for 30 minutes.
3. Peel the orange and cut into pieces. Mix with the fennel and place in a large bowl.
4. Finish with the olives and crumbled feta.
