Salt & Pepper
This is a low-effort meal that is perfect on a weeknight! You only have to cut everything up and put in the oven. Although this meal is mainly vegetables, it will make you feel full and satisfied.
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Cut up all the vegetables in 2 cm pieces and place them in a casserole.
3. Add olive oil, salt, garlic and thyme and mix well.
4. Bake for 30 minutes (this will depend a bit your oven and the size of the chunks)
