A true guilty pleasure this one! You can combine these vegan 'chicken wings' with another sauce as an appetizer as well. You can prepare them in the oven, but we prefer to use an airfryer. Enjoy!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

2. Mix the flour, salt, water and garlic powder in a bowl. Take another bowl and fill it with the breadcrumbs. Cut the cauliflower in bitesize pieces and roll them first in the flour and then in the breadcrumbs. Place them on an oven tray. Bake them for 20 minutes.

3. Add the orange juice, sugar, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce and ginger to a skillet. You might need some starch to thicken the sauce. Once you gain a thick sauce, add the cauliflower.

4. Serve with baked rice and use sesame seeds and green onions as a garnish. Enjoy!
