Steps
1. Cook the beets for one hour and cut them up in 1 cm pieces. Careful! They stain.
2. While the beet is boiling, slice the potatoes as fries and bake them in a layer of olive oil.
3. Cut the pickles in 1cm pieces, add them, the mayonaise, the diced shallot, salt and pepper to the beetroots and mix them. Serve this with fries. Enjoy!
